A half-day session where you’ll get an overview of disciplinary and associated legislation, understand each stage of the disciplinary procedure and it’s required documentation.
You’ll learn how to communicate, administer and record all essential HR documentation for each investigation and disciplinary with Gibraltar Employment Law in mind.
On completion of the course you will receive checklists and letter templates to support your disciplinary procedure.
